Former fat girl turned running machine. I started this blog in November 2012 as a chronicle of my weight loss, a diary of my running achievements, and a place to review products, recipes, and running events. Couch to 5K graduate, 5K to 10K graduate, half marathon finisher.

I reached my goal of 140 lbs on April 16, 2013, successfully completing a 90 lb weight loss in approximately 17 months.

In her spare time, Erika enjoys running, watching sports, exploring Chicago, going to concerts with her boyfriend, listening to music, watching movies, getting back in shape and looking for her next race.
